The area in space that may be visualized by the eye is known as the visual field. Our visual field analyzer systematically plots the field of vision using threshold testing, which allows the determination of retinal sensitivity in any given location.
The eye doctor then interprets the results. Plotting of the visual field is important for many disorders, particularly disorders of the optic nerve (glaucoma) and brain.
Our visual field analyzer was the model used by top glaucoma specialists in all of the landmark glaucoma studies.
With this instrument, we can detect the loss of or alteration to the nerves in the eye and the function of retinal tissue.
These computers are also excellent for detecting neurological disorders such as tumours, strokes, and aneurysms
